Before 14:00 on a working day, in-stock shop items leave the same day.

Everything is selected at checkout

At checkout, choose your delivery method. For address delivery, enter your address; for Speedy or Econt, choose the exact courier office that suits you.

Cash on delivery

The courier collects the delivery charge separately. Your cash-on-delivery amount covers the products only; this is adjusted automatically when the order is placed.

Invoices

We can provide an invoice. Under Invoice Details at checkout, enter the company name and VAT number.

Collection from our Varna shop

Paid online: we cut and prepare your order before collection. Cash on delivery: we do not pre-cut the order; we prepare it when you arrive.

International delivery

We deliver outside Bulgaria. The fee depends on the destination country — contact us for an exact quote.

What if I order after 14:00?

Your order is prepared on the next working day. We keep the process as quick as possible, so the wait stays minimal.

Can every product be dispatched the same day?

Same-day dispatch applies to products physically held in our Varna shop — this covers most of our range. If there is an exception, we will tell you when we confirm the order.

Can I choose a specific courier office?

Yes. At checkout you can choose the exact Speedy or Econt office that is most convenient for you.
