Dispatch and delivery times
Orders placed before 14:00 on a working day are dispatched on the same day, provided the products are held in our Varna shop. This applies to most of our range.
Orders placed after 14:00 are prepared on the next working day. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Delivery usually takes one working day after dispatch. If an item cannot be dispatched within this timeframe, we will let you know when confirming your order.
Order confirmation
Before dispatching every order, we call to confirm the order and the delivery address or courier office. Orders are dispatched only after successful confirmation.
Choosing a courier office
At checkout, you can select the exact Speedy or Econt office that is most convenient for you. For delivery to an address, enter the complete delivery address during checkout.
Cash on delivery
The courier collects the delivery charge separately. The cash-on-delivery amount shown for your order covers the products only. This is adjusted automatically when the order is placed.
Invoices
We can provide an invoice. Enter your company name and VAT number in the Invoice Details section during checkout.
Collection from our Varna shop
You may collect your order from our shop in Varna.
- For orders paid online, we cut and prepare the products before collection.
- For cash-on-delivery orders, we do not pre-cut the products; we prepare them when you arrive.
International delivery
We deliver outside Bulgaria. International delivery charges depend on the destination country. Please contact us for an exact quote before placing your order.
